Beginner kids (5-12 years)
Our dedicated Wednesday beginner classes from 4:30pm - 5:30pm focus on fun, discipline, and fundamental Kyokushin techniques. Perfect for ages 5-12 to build confidence and coordination.
Adults & teens (12+ years)
Join our Wednesday adult classes from 6:00pm - 7:30pm, tailored for beginners to intermediate students aged 12 and up. Develop strength, resilience, and effective self-defence.
